On-Site Personal Color for a Corporate MICE Program in Seoul

How can an international corporate group experience Korean fashion and beauty in a way that feels personal and relevant to each participant?

On October 15, COCORY delivered an on-site personal color program at a Marriott hotel in Gangnam for guests from a Beijing-based IT company.

The program was organized in collaboration with MICE WORLD, a DMC and event planning company specializing in the Chinese market. Designed as part of the group’s MICE itinerary in Korea, the experience combined personal color with business image consulting and a makeup experi

A Program Designed for a Corporate MICE Itinerary

A corporate MICE program requires a different approach from an individual coaching session.

The number of participants, available time, venue, language requirements, and the purpose of the event all influence how the program should be structured.

For this event, COCORY coordinated the program in advance and created an experience centered on personal color, with business image consulting and a makeup experience incorporated into the session.

Rather than simply introducing Korean fashion and beauty, the program allowed participants to explore colors in relation to their own appearance and consider how those colors could be applied to personal style and image.

Creating an On-Site Personal Color Environment

The program took place at the hotel rather than at a COCORY location.

COCORY instructors brought the necessary consultation tools to the venue and prepared individual stations with color comparison tools, draping fabrics, mirrors, and lighting.

This setup allowed participants to observe color changes directly while receiving their consultations.

For corporate visits and MICE events, programs often need to fit within a predetermined venue and schedule. COCORY therefore coordinates the consultation environment and operating format in advance according to the event purpose, participant numbers, and venue conditions.

Consultations in Chinese and English

Language is an important part of an international guest experience. Participants need to be able to understand the consultation and ask questions comfortably.

For this event, COCORY instructors who could provide consultations in Chinese and English joined the program.

Participants compared colors, received individual guidance, and discussed how their color direction could be connected to fashion and image choices.

Connecting Personal Color with Business Image

During the personal color experience, different colors were compared near each participant’s face to explore an individual color direction.

The session then connected these observations with business image consulting and a makeup experience.

At COCORY, identifying a color result is not the final goal. The next step is understanding how that information can be used in real situations.

For corporate participants, this may include considering color choices for clothing, meetings, professional settings, and makeup based on their individual color direction.

Adding K-Fashion and Beauty to a Korea MICE Experience

International corporate itineraries often combine business activities with opportunities to experience Korean culture and lifestyle.

Personal color offers a way to approach Korean fashion and beauty through an individual experience. Participants do not simply observe a trend or product; they compare colors directly and explore how those colors relate to their own appearance.

For this corporate group, the program was adapted to the itinerary and delivered directly at the hotel.

Programs Coordinated for Each Corporate Event

Every corporate event has different requirements, from participant numbers and operating time to venue, language, and program objectives.

COCORY discusses these conditions with organizers in advance to determine an appropriate program structure.

Personal color can form the core of the experience, while options such as business image consulting and a makeup experience can be discussed according to the purpose of the event. On-site operation and Chinese- or English-language consultation can also be discussed based on the event requirements.

Inquiries for DMCs, Travel Agencies, and MICE Organizers

COCORY’s on-site personal color program is designed for organizers looking to incorporate a Korean fashion and beauty experience into corporate visits, incentive travel, or MICE itineraries.

DMCs, travel agencies, companies, and event organizers can contact COCORY to discuss a customized program.

When making an inquiry, please share the participant profile and group size, event date, venue, operating time, required language, and preferred program components. COCORY can then review the event requirements and advise on program structure and on-site availability.
