Color Analysis Pop-Up & Brand Collaboration in Korea | COCORY

A Color Analysis Pop-Up Collaboration at a Hotel

Some time ago, COCORY was invited by a hotel to create a personal color pop-up experience for its weekend guests.

The event was designed as an additional experience within the hotel, giving guests the opportunity to explore personal color in a setting outside the studio.

For the hotel, it was a way to introduce a new type of customer experience. For COCORY, it was an opportunity to meet new customers in a different environment and explore how personal color could work in a new space.

Bringing Personal Color Into a New Space

The collaboration began with a proposal from the hotel for a weekend pop-up event.

COCORY visited the hotel directly and operated the personal color program on-site so that guests could participate naturally during their stay or visit.

Instead of asking customers to come to a separate studio, the program became part of the space they were already experiencing.

This created a new point of interaction between the hotel, its guests, and COCORY.

A Pop-Up Requires More Than Simply Moving the Program

An on-site pop-up is different from a regular personal color session held in the studio.

The space, customer flow, available operating time, expected number of participants, and way people join the event all need to be considered together.

In a hotel environment, for example, the program should fit naturally into the overall guest experience without interrupting the flow of the space.

At COCORY, personal color is not treated as a fixed-format service only. We see it as content that can be adapted according to the purpose of the event, the participants, and the characteristics of the venue.

Personal Color for Different Spaces and Events

Personal color can be used as an interactive experience that allows customers to engage directly with the program in a variety of event settings.

For example,

Brand pop-up stores
Product launch events
VIP customer events
Customer experience programs
Corporate employee events
Employee benefit programs
Exhibitions, fairs, and promotional events

The format can be adjusted depending on the purpose of the event and the type of participants.

Rather than simply moving an existing COCORY program into another venue, it is important to create a personal color experience that fits the purpose of the event, the audience, and the characteristics of the space.
