A weekend at work can feel a little different when it is dedicated to discovering your personal colors.
COCORY recently visited a bank for an on-site personal color workshop, offered as part of an employee benefit program. Employees who were interested in the experience signed up voluntarily and joined us over the weekend.
Discovering Personal Color Together
Some of the participants already knew each other well, while others had rarely had the chance to interact despite working at the same organization.
Personal color gave everyone an easy and enjoyable way to connect.
As participants explored the colors that complemented them, conversations naturally began to flow. They shared reactions, noticed changes in one another, and discovered sides of their colleagues they had not seen before.
That is one of the enjoyable parts of experiencing personal color as a group.
A Relaxed and Enjoyable Employee Experience
Because the workshop took place over the weekend, we wanted the experience to feel relaxed, engaging, and enjoyable.
Even participants who did not know each other well were soon talking and laughing together as they explored color.
The positive reactions throughout the workshop made the atmosphere especially memorable.
COCORY Can Come to Your Workplace
Not every company or organization can easily arrange for a group of employees to visit an outside studio.
COCORY can also provide on-site personal color workshops for companies and organizations, bringing the experience directly to your workplace or event venue.
An on-site personal color workshop can be incorporated into employee benefit programs, internal events, or group activities, creating an opportunity for employees to discover something new about themselves while interacting with colleagues in a different way.
